Global Trading Ltd. ("GTL")

GTL is a privately held Investment Company that is a wholly owned subsidiary of Euro Pacific Bank, Ltd. which is a Class A regulated Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Peter Schiff is the Owner of Euro Pacific Bank Ltd., which was formed to better serve non US investors. Peter began his investment career as a financial consultant with Shearson Lehman Brothers, after having earned a degree in finance and accounting from U.C. Berkeley in 1987. A financial professional for over twenty years he joined Euro Pacific Capital, Inc in 1996 and has served as its President since January 2000. In 2007, Peter authored the bestselling book Crash Proof, in which he warned of the coming economic downturn.

GTL provides investors and investment professionals an Internet-based, securities trading platform. This service is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and allows clients to trade on many of the major stock exchanges around the world. Clients are able to have direct access to their investment portfolios and be in a position to monitor movements in a real time, secure and private basis. GTL utilizes an encrypted based communication network that can be accessed via the Internet anywhere in the world.

Security and Protection

Regulation

Being based in Anguilla, clients will be able to maintain their brokerage accounts in an offshore jurisdiction with extensive privacy protection and with a legal system based on English Common Law. As Anguilla is a UK Overseas Territory, GTL will also benefit from regulation in accordance with standards acceptable internationally. GTL is licensed by the Government of Anguilla.

Custody

GTL is a white label partner of Saxo Bank S.A. located in Copenhagen, Denmark.
